OIT Survey Example
A word of caution! If you plan to use this tool for surveys or other examples be VERY careful. This tool does not work properly with either IE 6 or Mozilla 1.1. I believe it is a P3P/cookie related problem and probably misbehaves in other browsers too. What happens is your questions keep disappearing and you have to keep re-creating them. I had to use Netscape 4.08 to get it to work without bugs.OIT Survey Example
