This is a list of tools and services that we have found usable and reliable.
Tools are software packages that you will be able to run from your
own computer or server.
Services are companies who offer survey administration services.

CASES is a software package for collecting survey data based on structured
questionnaires, using telephone or face-to-face interviewing as well
as self-administered procedures. It is developed, distributed and supported
by the Computer-assisted Survey Methods (CSM) Program at the University
of California at Berkeley.

WWW Survey Assistant
After you enter your survey
questions, WWW Survey Assistant first writes an HTML document which
will present your questionnaire. Next, WWW Survey Assistant writes a
PERL CGI program that is executed each time a user submits their response
to your survey through their WWW browser.
