Lab Surveys:

• Weight Loss Survey Are you one of the millions who are trying to lose weight? We are studying how people might use the Internet for weight loss assistance. (Spring 2007)

• Frustration with computers: Rage against the computer. How frustrated are you with computers? Let us know. (Since 2004)

• Attitudes about computers. This survey was first used in 1981 and has now been rewritten for current use.

• Survey on Computer Use. Data is being collected for a Gemstone Team interested in the longterm impact of computers in the 21st century.

• Questionnaire on Trust in Automated Systems. This survey is being piloted for use on a project supported by NASA.

• Census Surveys: These two surveys are generic questionnaires being used in our research on interface design for computerized self administered questionnaires on the WWW for the U.S. Bureau of the Census.

• Religious Attitudes Survey. Many students find this questionnaire interesting and provative. We have been collecting data for 15 years using this tool.
